These drops taste great and really give me a boost of energy every day. I find they definitely suppress my appetite as well . I’ve been doing keto for over 3 years and lost over 100 pounds. These drops are a nice easy way to keep me in ketosis. Many people complain that the dropper doesn’t fill all the way, but I don’t believe it is supposed to. I just fill to where it stops and take 2 a day. Works great!

This is my really honest video, as many years I have weight problems and I am photo model and I should be my body all the time safe. This stuff works. I add a dropper's worth into my green tea every day. I've already lost 5 pounds, as this stuff helps me stick to 1600-1800 calories a day. I suspect keeping such a low caloric intake would be more difficult without this appetite suppressant. Instructions say to place under tongue?!? Um, no thank you the taste is too strong, and not that great. It's perfectly fine mixed in a drink though. I have only used tea thus far, but I could see coffee, juice, or even water. The vinegar is the prominent flavor. I highly recommend bc like i said, this stuff works!

I take the supplement just as it says on the bottle, 1ml under the tongue hold for 20 seconds before swallowing. On here it even says take with meal and 2 hours before exercise but I’m not sure how anyone can take this before exercise. It makes me feel so tired like I just took a whole bottle of melatonin, which it has in the product. Maybe it’s better to take right before you sleep. However, it does suppress my appetite, maybe even too much. I can’t eat anything besides one meal a day and after that I am nauseous. I’m on a keto diet as well and with the diet, exercise and this product combined I have not seen any results as of yet. You’re better off with oxyshred thermogenic powder because this product would just make you feel bloated, tired and super unproductive, I would not recommend.
