This is a heavy-duty mop head for big jobs. It will work for small jobs, too. But, it is really meant for commercial type use. It is large, bulky, and holds a lot of liquid. I had trouble getting it to fit it into the wringer of my commercial mob bucket (with wringer). I actually had to cut some of the braids off so that it would fit the wringer. I have used mine dozens of times on stone floor tiles that are slightly rough. This mop takes a lick'n and keeps on tick'n. When it's brand new, it may take a little while to become fully absorbent (broken-in). But it doesn't take long. It's a nice product that does what it's supposed to do. If you need a light-duty mop head, this one might be a little too much.

At first I was dismayed at how the mops ends were somewhat ragged. However after trimming the ends and using the mop, I have found this to be the absolute best mop on Amazon. Very absorbent and easy to work with. I'll be getting more.

Nothing fancy here: no newfangled micro-fiber, just good old sturdy cotton strings. Has a wide center portion that accommodates different mop handle clamps. It's large and thick, so it gets heavy when thoroughly wet, which is nice because it holds a lot of water at once -- just be ready for an arm and shoulder workout. With frequent wringing, it picks up most everything from the floor, from dust to small bits of food. Wrings out easily and thoroughly. Washes out and cleans up well, if I take it off the handle and squeeze it out under running water in the sink or tub. Takes a while to dry, of course, due to its thickness -- I hang it up in a ventilated area so it dries before getting moldy and smelly.

The size of this mop head allows you to cover a ton of floor area in a very short time. I have 8-900 square feet of tile and wood, between my kitchen, living room, dining room, hallways and two bathrooms, and I spend more time filling and emptying the mop bucket than I do actually mopping. It's pro-grade stuff, and it gets the job done. Highly recommend a commercial-grade bucket with a good lever-operated drainer on it, because this head is made to be used with one. If you try to use it sopping wet, it's super heavy and will leave a ton of water on the floor.

I had purchased a mop at Costco several years ago that I loved. The mop head was run over by a lawn mower and my husband bought a new one at Home Depot. It was not nearly as substantial - it was just a single section. So I finally looked on line and found a replacement for my original one. This is a great mop head. It's easy to ring out if you don't have a bucket with a ringer. Just ring out one section at a time. And the two sections clean the floor without so much elbow grease. Washes in the washer really well, too.

So far the quality of this mop is good. I would like it for commercial use but is way too big for my slate tile floors at home. My biggest downfall is the mop head is way to big for the Rubbermaid Commercial Invader Side Gate Mop Handle, 60", Black. It was difficult to get it in and with the heaviness from the mop head had no good control use with the small wooden handle. The Handle felt like it was made for something with not as much weight.

I’m very happy with this hop head, it durable and it got my floors clean.

Esta mopa es de material reciclado, es muy gruesa y con bastantes hilos. Absorbe bien y limpia sin tanto esfuerzo. Al ser muy grueso se dificulta el exprimido, inclusive con prensa manual o automática la mopa queda con mucha humedad por lo que hay que realizar pasadas extra de exprimido para tener una mopa relativamente húmeda pero sin escurrimiento. En general si batalle mas para exprimir que con otros materiales o tipos de mopa, por eso explico el detalle del exprimido. Tambien tuve varios eventos de deshilachado, donde los hilos se desprenden muy facilmente al atorarse con alguna cosa. Los hilos se desprenden o arrancan deshilachados sin mayor esfuerzo y ni siquiera tiene 3 usadas. El precio pagado es considerablemente superior a otras mopa de algodón tradicionales de repuesto. Yo no lo volvería a comprar.
