Do the sleeves fold out or are they sewed folded?

if I understand the question correctly, they are sold folded. But they are sewed in such a way that you can fold the sleeve so that either the white is showing or the uniform color is visible.

Are they in Asian sizing?

Yes. They are not designed with the Western frame in mind.

What is the sleeve length?

i order it large and arrive extra large but still looks good is fine a little extra large ...the length is correct for a large one
