After a couple of months use I am very pleased with purchase. First time user of a wheelchair so had fun navigating myself around! Well built and very stable. No problem putting it together. Easy to fold and unfold although not that easy to pull along once folded. Battery easy to recharge and you have the opportunity to either recharge it in situ or removing it perhaps if leaving wheelchair in car. I cannot comment on how long battery lasts as only used it for short shopping trips at the moment. It comes with a few plug types. Seating very comfortable and controls extremely easy to use. Found travelling along bumpy pavements not a problem, just have to be aware of pot holes and either increase speed slightly or try and go round them. Manage to navigate myself around shops quite easily. As soon as you release the control it stops so no running into shelves or people! Overall I am pleased I made this purchase good delivery and price.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with this electric wheelchair. From the moment it arrived, the whole experience has been straightforward and stress-free. Assembly was simple and quick, with clear instructions, and I had it up and running in no time at all. Folding and unfolding it is just as easy, which makes a huge difference for everyday use and storage. What really matters, though, is what it has given back to me. Due to pulmonary fibrosis, I’ve been struggling with breathlessness even after just a few steps, which has been incredibly limiting. This chair has completely changed that. I now have a level of freedom and independence that I thought I had lost, and that’s something I don’t take lightly. It’s comfortable, easy to control, and feels reliable when I’m out and about. I can go further, stay out longer, and enjoy things again without constantly worrying about how far I can walk. On top of all that, it represents excellent value for money. When compared to other electric wheelchairs on the market, the quality and features you get for the price are outstanding. This has genuinely made a big difference to my day-to-day life, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in a similar situation.

This wheelchair has the ability to make taxi drivers complain and say "oh it's heavy," but it isn't really that hard to pick up and put down. It runs pretty well on grassy terrain without getting caught on anything and can even go slightly uphill. I've used this wheelchair on narrow, bumpy footpaths without much struggle. However grates in the path and small sharp dents can cause the wheelchair to fall forwards, so be mindful. It cannot go past any bends on the path without tilting, if there's a tilted driveway across a flat path the chair can descend down this. So make sure to leave a gap when passing those types of slopes. But uphill, it doesn't do too badly at all. The battery lasts for 2 hours or 3 hours on a lower speed. To charge it mainly takes me several hours. I don't recommend using it in the rain, but I've gone out with it a few times during mild showers and it did okay. It's easy to fold and place in car boots. It's able to go onto a bus as well and through most isles in shops. I recommend it as a starter wheelchair but for long distances and on sloping terrains it isn't as reliable.

We purchased this wheelchair several weeks ago and feel very happy with it. It is easy to manoeuvres and a great compact size to fit into the house. It comes complete with battery and charger and also a small bag on the back that can hold the charger for recharging at anytime any place. As we are happy with the purchase we have not found it necessary to contact customer service. We would recommend this wheelchair as a good purchase, the price is also very reasonable, and quality good, it folds up easily, I find it reasonable in weight to put it into the boot of the car.

If I could give this powerchair 0 stars, I absolutely would. This is without doubt one of the worst mobility products I have ever experienced. To begin with, delivery took over three weeks, far beyond the estimated arrival date. I made multiple complaints through Amazon during this time and was repeatedly given empty promises by customer service with no real updates or solutions. When the chair finally arrived, the poor quality was obvious immediately after unboxing it. It felt extremely flimsy and, unbelievably, had no proper locking mechanism when unfolded, meaning it would not stay securely in position. Despite already being disappointed, we still attempted to use it on a completely flat concrete path. The ride was awful — very unstable, jerky, and uncomfortable. Even slight acceleration caused the chair to jolt forward suddenly, which felt unsafe. I would not have trusted this chair on any incline whatsoever. When attempting to use the chair on a slightly cambered pavement, the chair would not turn or slow down, nearly driving me into a busy road. The advertising description was completely misleading. The return process was just as frustrating. We were told we had to use a specific courier to return the item, despite that courier not even operating in our area. After explaining this multiple times, we ended up paying ourselves to return the chair through an alternative tracked courier service. Even then, the returns team continued insisting we would not be entitled to a refund unless we used their courier. In the end, we took the risk and returned it anyway. After weeks of back-and-forth communication, they finally issued a refund because we had tracked proof of delivery and confirmation that the return had been accepted. Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. Poor quality product, misleading advertising, delayed delivery, and extremely difficult customer service. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid buying this chair.

Worth the money safe and ideal

It tipped over on drop kerb. I went down hit my back. Wheelchair ended up on top of me once nr drop kerb there's no control it goes into rd. Twice iv gone over because of drop kerb. Wish I'd never bought it now. Wasted my money. Im now in pain today. Got osteoarthritis as it is. Now more pain on top of that.

I was nicely surprised by the comfort of the chair. The size is perfect to fit into the boot if the car with ease. It's was very simple to assemble. As a paraplegic I was able to transfer alone and feel safe in doing so. Maneuveravility is perfect just the slight movement very easy to control. Delivery was very fast and all communication was fantastic. Would strongly recommend this wheelchair. Can't wait for freedom and days out to the park and the seaside

There's a bit of a learning curve where you're plowing into things for the first day or so, but that is the same for all electric wheelchairs I've tried. Once you've got the steering down, it's great for both indoor and outdoor use. It's a little tippy if you're on grass that is on an incline, but I'm new to it, so could be the user. Doesn't do well in deep crushed rock or sand, but it doesn't claim to be a chair for off-road rough terrain. It was more affordable than many models, and I preferred it to the $7000 complex rehab chair a disability agency brought me. Good in smallish spaces. I live in a 17x70ft mini home, which is basically a bowling alley with obstacles, and it does fine. Took me a while to learn to navigate tight spots, but that's just the learning curve for any chair. I've recommended it to 2 people already, and I have had it less than 2 months.

la sedia è maneggevole, l'utilizzo intuitivo e semplice. la utilizzo anche in piccole stradine sterrate senza grosse difficoltà. la batteria ha una buona durata e quanto descritto dal produttore corrisponde in effetti al vero.
