I'm retracting and revising my original negative review, which I wrote when my original ZeaLife power adapter died just outside of the return window. ZeaLife reached out to me and immediately sent me a replacement, which came as quite a nice surprise. Granted, it hasn't been a month since the replacement arrived, but I'm inclined to write off the defective product I received as an exception, rather than an expectation, particularly because the manufacturer was so eager to take care of me. As far as I'm concerned, a good product is one thing, but a company that prioritizes taking care of their customers is worth a whole lot more.

Bought this for a MacBook Pro (13" 2017). Received a request for information from ZeaLife wanting to know if the unit gets hot during use. I have been using the power adapter for a few days (4). It's always connected because of the external HDMI monitor. It is connected through a HooToo USB/HDMI hub for 8/9 hours a day and so far it is not getting hot. The HooToo Hub is actually warmer than the Power Adapter. If this changes I'll update this review.

Worked ok for 10 months. The (lost) original ones that come with macbook last for the life of the computer.

I have had this charger Since Oct 2019. It is now September 2020. It has made 11 months and quit charging. I guess you get what you pay for since it was affordable charger for macbook pro. It worked really well and charged really ffast for a 61W charger and never had an issue. The only problem was it gets pretty hot when your battery is low and you plug it into the wall and start charging. Sometimes you get concern that the charger might not work that well. Also, there are times when this charger heats up your laptop battery quite warm.. Any how, if you looking for something quick and affordable, this is it. But it will mostlikely only last up to one year max..

A great product. Much cheaper than buying an APPLE charger. Removed 1 start because the cable is very short. You must be within 3 feet of a plug to charge. I use it as a TRAVEL charger going from office to office. Hence, I am fortunate enough to have desktop plugs available. The Original stays at home where I need the extra length.

Worked straight out of the box with my 15 inch MacBook Pro. As others have noted, the cord is short, so certainly be aware of that. Works great for me—consistent, reliable charge and absolutely powerful enough for my 15-inch (I use it with heavy graphics software; my battery gets up to 100% with this and then stays there). As a definite bonus, the design blends in reasonably with other Apple chargers.So relieved! I went through three defective adapters (Magsafe 2 to USB-C) before trying this as my last chance to not spend $100 for Apple options. Thank you!I will update this if something goes wrong. So, if there's no update, it's still working! :D

Even though the charging rate was lesser than my original MacBook charger, it worked decently for 3 months before it gave up. The led lights up but no power output. Changed cables too to no avail.Would have given 5 stars if it worked for atleast couple of years !

Looks great and worked fine for 4 months. Stopped working today out of the blue. Never dropped.Edit: after reaching out to company, they warrantied the defective plug and I will have a new one tomorrow.
