Love the transparency
Whether I am rebuilding brittle harnesses on my car or just doing basic electrical splices, this clear heat shrink has quickly become my go-to. I absolutely love how I can see the wire underneath after shrinking it down. It completely takes the guesswork out of the repair—I can visually verify that my solder joint is clean and that the crimp is holding perfectly before wrapping everything up. It shrinks down evenly with a standard heat gun without scorching, creating a nice, tight seal around the connection. The tubing feels durable and provides excellent strain relief. If you are doing any automotive wiring or DIY electrical work, do yourself a favor and grab a pack of the clear tubing. You will never want to go back to the opaque black sleeves!

Strong consistent bonding
This really worked well for its purpose and being able to have it in a long roll is a big plus. Shrinks tightly and bonds well. Will repurchase in the future.

It's not a Lawn and Garden Item
The item is good and it came in one day. I don't know how Amazon categorized heat shrink tubing as a lawn and garden itme.
