How long did it take to notice a difference when on this food?

A couple of weeks. She did not like the plainness of the food initially, but when she realised it was all she was allowed/going to get she was ok. Weight gain and stopping sickness and tummy problems cleared up and she lived another 2 years before dying of old age at 19. Expensive food but no choice.
