Reviewing creatine is tricky. Almost all creatine sold on the market is manufactured in a handful of factories in mainland China l. The differences mostly come down to packaging, storage, and price. To start with, this is creapure, a brand name creatine that is made in Germany. That doesn’t necessarily make it better than other creatine, but it gives me peace of mind knowing where it was made, and that it was subject to high German regulation standards. Secondly, the packaging is great, each time it arrived with no clumping, which signals it was stored protected from moisture. The scoop is perfect, measuring exactly 3g. This is important as I have seen other products include scoops that are too small for the advertised 3g dose. This creatine has slightly larger particulate size than ‘micronized creatine’ but for me this actually makes it better and easier to take as it creates less mess and I can directly put a scoop in my mouth and down it with a glass of water. This is the method I’ve come to prefer to avoid the chalky taste creatine can have. A good quality product from a reputable brand (dymatize).

Quality product, I cannot fault it. Noticed a marked explosiveness and edge in my workouts since I started using it, about 6 weeks in. No taste and good price.

Das Dymatize Creatine Monohydrate ist qualitativ ein sehr gutes Kreatin, vor allem weil es sich um reines Creapure handelt, was mir persönlich wichtig war. Der Preis ist dadurch natürlich etwas höher, dafür bekommt man aber auch geprüfte Qualität. Ich trinke es meist mit Saft, da es sich so etwas besser auflöst. Trotzdem bleiben am Ende oft kleine Reste im Glas, weshalb man beim letzten Schluck kurz schwenken sollte. Das ist bei Kreatin Monohydrat aber völlig normal und kein wirklicher Nachteil. Insgesamt ein sauberes, hochwertiges Produkt. + Reines Creapure Kreatin + Sehr gute Qualität + Neutraler Geschmack + Gute Verträglichkeit – Preis etwas höher

J’utilise la créatine Dymatize avec le label Creapure depuis plusieurs semaines et je suis pleinement satisfait. Elle est très efficace sur moi : meilleure récupération, gains de force progressifs, et plus d’endurance à l’entraînement. J’ai également noté une légère prise de volume musculaire, comme attendu avec une créatine de qualité. Point très important : aucun effet secondaire digestif, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas avec d’autres marques. Aucune gêne, ni maux de ventre, ni ballonnements. La poudre se mélange facilement, et je la prends simplement avec de l’eau ou dans mon shaker post-training. C’est un produit fiable, pur (Creapure), bien dosé.

Uso creatina da diverso tempo e ho deciso di provare questa Dymatize Creatine Monohydrate Creapure 500g perché cercavo un prodotto affidabile, economico e con materia prima certificata Creapure. Dopo alcune settimane di utilizzo posso dire che la qualità si percepisce. La polvere è molto fine e si scioglie meglio rispetto ad altre creatine provate in passato, soprattutto se agitata bene nello shaker. Il fatto che sia senza aroma per me è un vantaggio enorme, perché posso aggiungerla tranquillamente a acqua, succo o whey senza alterare il gusto. Ho apprezzato molto anche la composizione essenziale: solo creatina monoidrato, senza zuccheri, coloranti o ingredienti inutili. La certificazione Creapure®, prodotta in Germania, dà sicuramente maggiore fiducia sulla purezza del prodotto e sul controllo qualità. Dal punto di vista pratico, durante gli allenamenti ho notato un miglior recupero tra le serie e una leggera maggiore resistenza negli esercizi più intensi. Ovviamente non fa miracoli da sola, ma abbinata ad allenamento costante e alimentazione corretta fa il suo lavoro. Continuerò a prenderla👍💪
