This runs small so consider getting the larger size. I will purchase again a larger size. This does not have the tippy top collapsable portion so it gives full back support / shoulder support without the top portion protruding too much if worn under clothes. I liked this one. It was comfortable. This model was unusual as the top portion did not stick out so much. This does not mean this is the best back support out there, it only means that it is comfortable plus effective. Not the very best, but good.

It's easy to put on and it works well but it's very itchy and uncomfortable and the velcro isn't very strong and it's very bulky,but you can adjust it however you like

I love the support that the spinal column of this brace gives. I’ve been trying to correct my posture and wear this every few days. It fit very well and wasn’t uncomfortable after 8 hours on a factory floor.

This back brace is well designed with strong structural support for posture correction. It is easy to use and does a great job helping correct my posture. The material is breathable and the multiple straps allow for complete adjustability. I prefer to wear it under a sweater or a sweat shirt for discretion, and find that it’s not too bulky and not too noticeable. I like that this brace doesn't limit my range of motion with my arms/shoulders as much as my previous one did, especially when tightening the brace to get better posture, they all pull your shoulders back and when you try to use your arms, the straps dig into your skin. This brace is designed more comfortably and allows for better range.. So far, this is one of the better braces that I have used for posture correction and recommend it for fit and comfort.

It was relatively simple to put on and adjust - I should have gotten the large, the medium is a little snug. It is comfortable and I don't feel like I'm wearing something that appears bulky. The strap was a little uncomfortable, but I think sizing up one would have made a difference. I wish I could wear it to work to help with my posture, but I would have to wear jackets all the time. Maybe better in the winter!!

I'm wearing this harness at this exact moment. It's minimal support, it's mostly accountability. But even still, the arm strap configuration really fits my body well and helps keep my shoulders down and not just back.

This back brace is well made and is very comfortable to wear. It is very well designed. It took me couple of minutes to figure out how to strap on and adjust. Once figured out, it's easy to adjust and make it comfortable. Very good work assist tool.
