The 1st pair of these I received looked like high quality (see photo on wood floor). I ordered a 9 (my usual size), but it fit more like a 10 or 11. Returned for an 8. The size 8 arrived, it fit, but the soles were purplish instead of pink (like advertised) and made the shoe appear low quality, as it did not match the rest of the shoe. Returned those and ordered another size 8. Received the 3rd pair and the soles/uppers are mismatched again (see photo with light purple soles. Returning these, and will not be ordering again.

I read a lot of the reviews prior to purchasing. I was very hesitant on size. I have decently wide feet with a super high arch and that makes it hard to buy shoes without trying them on. I was specifically looking for a review on side and wide feet or comparing sizes so much because I loved these. I wear an 8 in UGG and most shoes unless I can find a 7.5 wide. I sometimes need a 9 in Nike. I ordered these in their size 7. These pictures compare this in a 7 and a similar UGG in a size 7 (worn for 1 year) this shoe fits me perfect for my comfort as I don't like my shoes too tight. If I did like a snug fit I could have even got by with a 6. If I did not have a high arch I would actually consider returning and getting a 6. The platform is a little difficult to walk in right out of the box, but I imagine they will wear in. The support is very firm but this type of shoe usually is until your foot breaks it in, and that is part of what gives it the custom comfort later on. I am hopeful these will feel molded to my feet like my koolaburra and UGGs do at a fraction of the cost. I don't mind paying more if I am wearing outside the house but this will match my comfy for lounging so I'm glad to find the shoe I wanted in the color I wanted at an affordable slipper cost.

I have small feet and can fit size 5 in this. Some size 5s run too big, but this is perfect. Very cozy and convenient to slip on quickly when stepping out.
