2" x 8" Double Sided USA Made Leather Paddle Strop

Recently I ordered this paddle strop. I spent some time looking through the different strops on Amazon and eventually settled on this one. Both the price point and it being made in the USA suggested that I wouldn't be comprimising on quality with this purchase. I couldn't have been further from the truth.This strop arrived to me warped, rendering it unsuitable for properly and safely honing a blade. I have attempted to get in touch with the seller twice now regarding this issue, but my messages for help in solving it have gone unanswered up to this point. This has made my experience as a customer even more poor.Products can be made in the USA and still be made improperly and with flaws. Customer service particularly matters when this is the case, especially when a seller makes it a point to emphasize it in their listings as a selling point. Do yourself a favor and find a better strop with a seller who will give you the time of day if the need for it arises.

New to stropping knives. Was using an old belt and that worked OK but I decided to spend the money on a dedicated tool. Knives (kitchen, utility, woods) are all razor sharp now.
