We’ve had for 1 month now, I was hesitant to purchase because of some reviews but I thought for the price and for this being our first fountain, we misewell try it out. We have loved it so far, we live close to an interstate and this draws out the noise nicely. I was worried about the location of the pump because you can’t access it once it’s all put together and as others said, I assumed the pump would get clogged and need to be accessed regularly but in the 1 month that we’ve had it, we haven’t had to access it so far. I will say the water pressure did slow down once but I put the water hose in the hole where the pump is and I assume that helped with a clog bc the water pressure was much better after that. Also, some algae has built up after a month but I assume that’s with any fountain. I will be buying an algae solution for that. Another worry I had was the loss of water. I saw a lot of reviews about this and the first couple of days I did have to fill up my fountain about three times each day. Since then, I have to fill it up maybe once every other day which does not bother me as I’m usually out watering flowers anyway.

I absolutely love this three-tier fountain! Setup was very easy, and everything went together without any problems. Before purchasing, I read several reviews mentioning that the pump cord was too short. Thankfully, mine came with an extension cord, which made it reach perfectly with no issues at all. I have the pump set to a medium flow, and the water circulation is just right. Some reviewers mentioned that their fountains lost water because it splashed out, but I haven’t experienced that. As long as the fountain is assembled correctly and leveled properly, the water stays where it should. I’m currently on day three, and the water level has remained great. I think some of the water-loss concerns may be due to placement. Mine is located in a flower bed near the house where it receives plenty of shade throughout the day, so evaporation has been minimal. The paint finish on my fountain looks very good. I inspected it carefully and didn’t find any bare spots or peeling. I know some reviewers mentioned paint issues, but mine arrived in excellent condition. Since outdoor items are exposed to sun and weather, some wear over time is to be expected. I also took extra care to make sure the fountain was completely level, which helps keep the water flowing evenly through all three tiers. Overall, it has been working beautifully and has added exactly what my yard was missing. The sound of the water is relaxing, the fountain looks great, and the price was very affordable. I would definitely recommend this fountain to others.

This thing is terrible! Pump is very weak! And the fountain is very crooked! Even on concrete. I’m taking it apart and getting my money back!

Arrived on time, packed very well, no issues with any sort of damage, however, as some others have said the water hose could be a "slightly smaller diameter", and hose is a bit short in length..but not a deal breaker! I plan to visit a pond/water shop and splice some better quality tubing. Lastly, I am going to mix some of the water fountain parts with some other parts from other water fountains to customize same -- for a custom design look. How? A sander, some Gorilla (outdoor water proof) glue will adjust any issues with the fountain being slightly crooked as needed. Thus, I need to get a longer water tube anyway. Oh, and before I use it I will apply some durable outdoor paint & sealant to help prevent any possible environmental damage like UV, and weathering. And so it goes. Very happy with price pt, and general quality.

It looks just like the photos. It’s a nice height/size, not too short. It doesn’t bubble like in the videos, it’s a lot less dramatic. I laughed when I saw the barely flowing over vs. the intense bubbling on the photos, etc. The color is accurate. The material is resin which I don’t care for but it’s works better in harsh winters than cement or other hard rock. You wouldn’t know it’s resin from a few feet away. I live in the desert and refill every 1 & 1/2 days. The sound from the water is relaxing & we've had wildlife visitors to the fountain. **one caveat: we didn’t immediately follow the directions for assembly after reading other reviews. It’s not hard but it is easier with 2 people and we didn't snap the pieces as directed until we knew how we were going to assemble it. I could give a 4 star because: a) assembly is weird b) shipping wasn’t cheap. However, it’s really pretty. I’m honestly enjoying it and may get another as a gift for my mom, so... 5 stars it is!!! I’m super happy with it. BTW if you live in an area with high winds: throw in some rocks to give it weight. I’d purchase by seller reviews since all of them were the same price when you added shipping regardless of initial price point.

The fountain works only half a day and the water seems to disappear. We have taken it apart and looked for cracks or leaks. I would be interested in what others have done? The reviews about the hose is correct. It is too short and the pump doesn't work well. We needed to replace it with a longer hose. I love the fountain's look and the great peaceful sound --- but we need to fill it twice a day.

This was a pain to put together once its together (it all locks) you really can't take it apart to clean the pump. I HAVE SMALL leaves stuck in the pump and can't clean it. The water flow is good as long as the pump is clean. Its very pretty but I would not buy it again. Day 3: water flow is not good as the pump is clogged. I don't know how to fix it.

It takes a lot for me to go through the hassle of writing any kind of review but this fountain is so bad it was easy this time. This thing is so so bad. 2 HUGE design flaws that make it non functional. 1. There is no way to access the pump and it clogs (like a normal pump) every 3 days but you can’t get to it like other fountains, so you have to take it all apart to clean it every 3 days. But worst of all, the pump sits so high that with even 1” of evaporation (which happens daily) you have to fill it back up literally every 6 hours. It literally runs dry twice a day. Stay FAR away from this infuriating POS I should have known better to buy such a cheap model to replace my nice fountain I accent tipped over and broke. It’s worth it to spend more for a better one

I really wanted to like this fountain. However, I had 2 major issues. The hose was not long enough so the pump was louder than the water as it could not be positioned properly. The instructions had water damage so they could not be read and the fountain was not made level so it only worked on one side. Granted, this was not an expensive fountain but after many hours of struggle with the hose and pump, I am returning.
