Not breathable. Holes on face part to "breath" are too low not at nose level .. also mask fits too tight leaves marks on face.

I got this to try and prevent having my motorcycle helmet become soaked in sweat during hot days when I ride. It has accomplished that and does absorb the sweat itself, but I have not noticed any major sweat on the helmet liner. It fit’s comfortably, not too tight or too loose. My only downside to it is the mouth cover portion isn't as fixed-in-place as I was hoping. So if you plan to have it up over your nose with a motorcycle helmet (depending on the type of helmet of course) it often slides down to my chin when I put on my helmet. Its super lightweight as well and easy to just stuff in my pocket if need be. And after several rides of sweat and washing it has not shown any signs of wear or stitching coming undone.

Keeps my husband warm, good thickness and quality. My husband says he loves how it fits and protects him from the elements.
