The Mung beans start to sprout in 2 - 3 days with a daily rinse of cold water. They are ready to eat in 3 - 5 days. They make a tasty addition to salads.

The slowest ones I've tried to grow. 5 days and still no sign of life. And I use a sprouting jar. Disappointed.

These are without a doubt the best mung Beans to sprout I’ve ever purchased! They grow fast in a clay sprouter , even when the kitchen is colder. The success rate has been excellent, they shed their hulls really easily, if like us you like to remove them. Along with great flavour. An all year round staple & definitely will repurchase.

Whilst waiting for broccoli seeds to sprout in one mason jar, I started off half a cup of these mung beans in another jar and this is the 4th day and the beans are sprouting very well - even in a cold kitchen. Great to have them to keep motivation going for other seeds that take longer to sprout. They taste lovely and crunchy too and keep well in the fridge I believe but I think they will be eaten within a couple of days so I'd better get another lot soaked. Recommended!

Wow! Great product.... These sprouting pulses were germinating as I took them out of their soak! Seems to be 100% success rate too. Can't fault this 🙂Great instructions and info on the product descriptions too, has really helped my journey into micro greens.

They arrived promptly, three days before quoted time and germination was exceptional. Will continue to buy from Natures Root. We use these regularly in stir fries.
