Avoid this – Caused severe neck pain in just 2 days!
I had an extremely bad experience with this pillow. Despite being marketed as memory foam, the material quality is very poor and does not provide the support it claims. Why I don't recommend it: Poor Ergonomics: The design is not scientifically sound for neck support. Instead of relieving pressure, it felt awkward and unsupportive. Increased Pain: After only two days of use, my neck pain actually increased significantly. Cheap Material: The foam feels low-quality and doesn't contour properly to the neck or head. If you are looking for an orthopedic or ergonomic solution for neck issues, stay away from this one. It is poorly designed and potentially harmful for those already dealing with neck strain. Extremely not recommended.

Foams are not in shape as depicted in the product images or as described. You need to use a blower. It takes some time to adjust sleeping on it.
