Lang Furniture Madison 4-Drawer Desk with Pencil Tray, 20 by 45 by 31-Inch, Indigo Blue

It's a fairly decent desk for a youth. I bought it for my daughter who is in 4th grade. It will probably make it into her upper teens. It's perfect for her age. The top is big enough for a laptop. No real place to run a cord. The pencil drawer is misaligned. When I get the time, I will realign it with something a little more substantial. It's held to the drawer slider by staples. Nice size. Paper thin laminate. I bought the hutch as well. Similar in quality and construction. A few scrapes. The cork bulletin board is super thin. I'm thinking about adding more cork to it so a push pin will actually go in a bit. The light is nice.

Nice looking desk. Not the best quality but it will do. I was hoping to be able to sit at the desk when my 8yr old daughter isn't using it but it is very small. I can see myself buying her a bigger desk in a couple of years years. My desk top doesn't really fit under the hutch. I have to push it back and it hits the light. Better for a lap top

Love this desk for my daughter. It's big enough that she can use it for years to come, probably take it with her to college. But it's not too big and bulky to take up too much space in her room. It's well built and pretty solid. I loved that we didn't have to assemble anything. We only had to attach the hutch to the desk itself and that was pretty simple. You do have to order the hutch and the desk separately, so keep that in mind. The hutch has a thin cork backing to pin items too. She loves that and has a bunch of stuff pinned to it. The light is nice too for when she is doing homework and it came with a lightbulb. The packaging was amazing. The hutch was shipped via UPS and was packed very well and arrived in great shape even though the box was pretty beat up. The desk was drop shipped and it too was very well packed. And even the drop ship delivery was free with my Prime account, that was pretty amazing! That took a little longer than normal Prime shipping but not that much longer. They called to arrange a delivery date and were here when they said they would be.

The desk doesn't include the hutch, which means the pic is very misleading. The back support pieces for the drawers were broken but I was able to take off the back panel and repair them enough so they would work. The desk looks nice but very disappointed that we were mislead by the image. My daughter wanted a desk with a hutch and this was one of the reasons we purchased this desk.

Poor craftsmanship -- two screws visible under desk, like it was a mistake and pencil drawer aligned crooked, left side rubbed above. Item was returned for refund. The hutch I replaced once due to damage in shipment from bad packaging and the second one came damaged as well. Was not happy at all with product and it's a shame because it was exactly what I was looking for in style and size. Very disappointed.

I've seen a lot of neg reviews about damage on arrival , I'm thinking they have corrected this problem. I received this desk with not a scratch on it , The packaging was perfect and above what I have seen. As far as quality ...you get what you pay for , This is not a oak desk..but serves the purpose well. I'm pleased with this product . Perfect for a kids room .

Purchased this for my tween daughter. Perfect item, arrived already assembled, packaged perfectly for protection, even made it up the steps in a somewhat unusual way. Sturdy, smooth opening drawers. perfect size, and looks great in her room. The drawers are roomy and accommodate all of her supplies. I fully expect this to be a piece of furniture she can keep forever. And Made in the USA plus a great price. Highly recommend this! The shipper contracted was awesome, even helping me get it up the stairs to our 2nd floor. It comes in a huge box so I guess I have that Pinterest Photo Booth I have always wanted for parties. Seriously, the box/packaging is the only thing I hadn't thought about so be sure you made accommodations for that with your trash pick up service.
