I didn’t buy this as a waist trimmer, but rather for back support. I have a consulting business where I provide instruction on security related issues, so I’m on my feet for extended periods. Too much running over the has contributed to lower back pain, so standing for longer periods can cause aggravation. This actually helps tremendously by providing much needed support while in standing and giving classes for extended periods. Great product!

The product able to perform

Was kind of curious about this product. Am in pretty good shape but have always had love handles, no matter how much I work out or how ideal my weight is. I purchased two, a medium and a large with the intention of keeping just the one that fit the best. Have a couple different back issues which have always affected my posture and wear a back brace occasionally, which provides minimal relief or posture adjustment. The medium is a bit snug, but I've never worn anything that improved my posture like this product. My wife even said I look taller! But because it's snug can't wear it for real long periods. So, I wear the medium during the workday and the large if I'm going to be out and about. The large still hides the love handles but is less restrictive. Still good for the posture, just not as effective as the medium. I was skeptical when I purchased whether it would help with posture. I asked that question before hitting the Purchase button and it said the reviews were good. Now I'm among the believers. Great product. Highly recommend.

I bought product to help me fit into an outfit easier. Unfortunately for me this big belly didn’t go far. It does compress some, but not for guys with big bellies like me. Easiest way to get into it is to step into it. Feels comfortable and definitely good on the love handles for shaping. It’s a good buy if you don’t have a big belly. It’s certainly for less belly size. After an hour of wearing it, you can't tell you have it on because it stretches to the actual size of the big belly. perhaps it works better with smaller bellies.

Waste of time.....feels like wearing a rubber band....hot & uncomfortable, plus no adjustments
