St. Ember leads with smoke and spice from palo santo, ginger, and cardamom, then settles into earthy botanical depth. It is intentionally complex, not sweet. Best over a large ice cube or mixed into a stirred NA cocktail.

Do I need to mix it, or can I drink it straight?
