INCREDIBLE Sound/Clarity ~~Awesome Client Service.
My Replacement radio is GREAT! It replaced the original due to a defective Battery Holder. The replacement has Amazing Clarity and is a Great Buy for the Price! BUT, HERE IS THE AMAZING PART OF MY PURCHASE! When I reported my Original problem to the "JAZMN SELLERS" ~ I was answered by one of their CSR Reps (NIKI)! She was AWESOME and handled my PROBLEM in a PROMPT and VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER! I RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT RADIO IN TWO DAYS! My apartment's basement level gymnasium doesn't allow this good reception. I had to return. Otherwise, it performs very well.

Works very well. Bought it for my parents to share usage after hurricane Melissa and now they requested to have their own since they are now approaching another hurricane season.
