Great idea, not great product
This seems really cheaply made and really doesn't massage much and gets hot. If this wasn't a gift from my daughter, I would've returned it.

More like a tens unit
I got this for my mom for Christmas thinking it was a massager for her neck. Instead it shocked her. Literally it is a tens unit that when turned on shocked her neck.

This is more like a shock collar. It has 10 settings and you can’t handle it over 2 cause it’s a sharp shock wow it’s bad.
