Excellent, simple ,well designed foot stretcher for tight hamstring . Good price @$13, fast delivery! Comes with a graphic booklet of other stretch exercises . Started out with foot stretch exercises for 2-3 minutes and in a week went to 5 minutes. Do morning and evening sessions. Has already relieved my very tight hamstring. I am able to do squat exercises with more comfort . I donโt overdo each session because I am 80 years old . Very satisfied - product is good quality material .
