Amazing bed and Customer Service response
So glad I found this. More expensive but great quality. Customer service was beyond exceptional.

Arrived with not enough screws so we had to contact them for more. They sent out another packet of parts and we were able to put it together. It is a good sturdy bed and my daughter loves it!
