I've been using this color brand for many years and I completely satisfied with the tone of the color afterwards. It's less expensive than other brands and the results are fabulous.

Bought hair color and when I went to use it, the conditioner cap was not on tight and some spilled in the box. I couldn’t tell how much so did not use it. Unfortunately the time allowed to return had expired.

I got tired of expensive salons. Used to also do the foil highlights. Then later, stopped doing the foil. Every time 2 new hairdressers did my hair, a week later my browns turned red, even with neutrals or ash. Very alarming, saddening AND costly! Even the redout products did not help me with the sorry and ugly looking red. I do not look good as a redhead!. So being I don't like going to beauty shops I started using this 114 Natural Light Ash Brown. Wow, not only is it saving me a ton of money, it is the best color and no red starts showing up on me. My hair does not grow fast, and really is good for 6 weeks, not 8 weeks. But being it is so easy to use, no worries!! Also covers grays. I just do roots, not whole head of hair, why overdo the hair itself.

I love the color, but it didn't cover all of my gray, and I left it on for about 40 minutes. Beautiful shade though.

I’ve purchased this hair color over 30 times! It’s reasonably priced and reliably covers my grays. The professional products I was using from Sally’s were no longer doing the job, so I’m thankful for this option at a lower price point. I need to touch up my roots about every four weeks because my grays come in fast, and this color works perfectly for that. I get the light ash brown.

This was very light brown with alot of gold . I prefer a medium ash brown so I’ll try the 5A next time
