The fit was perfect
We moved into a newly build house. The irrigation valve was above ground. I had to have a cover to protect it from freezing. I followed the instructions as to measuring. When I received it it fit perfectly. ( Make sure the suggested inch is followed to insure the fit.) It was easy to put on. It closed with the velcro closing strip on the bottom.

The media could not be loaded. Thickness best for winter season for sure. Fits just right. Covers most of faucet. Very good quality for the price. Looks like it will perform good. We recommend.
