I started taking this to help balance my hormones after suffering with fibroids for many years, I do feel this has made an impact in the way I feel. When I first starting taking it I started with 1 capsule 2 x per day and did notice a slight headache, I reduced to 1 per day and that seems to work well. When I ran out and had to use another brand I did not feel the other brand worked as well, I will stick with the Now brand and try not to run out!

The order came when it was supposed to. All is well. I've had it several times.

Ic3 is supposed to mitigate excess estrogen and that is why I bought it. The flax lignans are essentially a phyto estrogen so I will not take this product because I am trying to help my body metabolize the excess estrogen in my body which is giving me many bad effects, like constant cramping and especially menorrhagia which has caused my severe anemia. I wish I had noticed it had the flax lignans in it- I wouldn't have ordered it. If you are trying to rid your body of extras excess estrogen I would not buy this product. IC3 works great by itself and helps me feel so much better when I take 600 mg/day every day. The bloating sore abdomen is under control. After reading on the subject I noticed ic3 has slight liver toxicity and so I am taking NAC in order to circumvent that problem and also cycling it so I do not take ic3 all the time. I give myself about 1 month break from it. My body lets me know when to get back on it.
