⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Ginger the Cat Reviews the Electric Muscle Zapper
By Ginger, Licensed Nap Therapist & Professional Pain Management Supervisor Item: AUVON 4 Outputs TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator (24 Modes) Mother brought home a little machine with wires. This is rarely a good sign. She said it’s for “muscle recovery.” I say it looks like a tiny robot designed to gently electrocute humans for their own benefit. Apparently this device sends small electrical pulses into sore muscles to help with pain and tension. Humans willingly attach sticky pads to themselves and press buttons until it starts buzzing. Strange species. First Impressions: • Small handheld device with a screen and buttons. • Multiple wires with sticky pads that attach to the human body. • 24 different modes which sound suspiciously like “Advanced Buzz Settings.” Mother placed the pads on her sore muscles and turned it on. Immediately she said, “Oh wow.” Which I assume translates to: “This feels weird but also kind of amazing.” Performance Report: • Adjustable intensity so you can go from gentle buzz to “my muscle is dancing.” • Four outputs, which means multiple areas can be treated at once. • Clear buttons and easy controls — Mother figured it out without yelling at it. Most important observation: Mother looked noticeably less stiff afterward and stopped complaining about sore muscles. This benefits me because a comfortable human provides better petting services. Concerns: The wires are extremely tempting to chew. I was warned not to touch them. I am considering my options. Final Verdict: Five paws out of five. It relieves sore muscles, improves human mood, and keeps Mother functional enough to open food cans. A worthy device for the household. I will continue supervising all electric equipment.

Help with sore muscles
This Tens unit works wonders and we are glad we got it. We have a Tens unit and my husband and I would sometimes fight over it (not really), so we decided to get another one this past year with the rest of our FSA money. My husband uses this one and he likes it more then the other one. The function he says is better then the other one. He likes that it came with more of the pads. He has back problems so when he can not get to the Chiropractor, he uses the unit and the effectiveness is great. It comes with a bag so everything can be stored together. It is not heavy at all. The pads stick better then the old one does. It fits in the palm of your hand, so it is a good size. It would be good if you travel a lot, it would not take up much room in your suitcase or carry on bag.

Easier to use than most
I have had a different brand of tens unit for several years. For the most part I’ve been happy with it. It’s held up good and I use it quite often. However, the little pictures of body parts and selecting a mode under them was hard to understand. I either used the same setting most of the time or had to go through 4 settings under 6 different pictures to find something I thought was good for what I needed. I knew when it came time to find a new one, I would look for something easier to understand with less settings. This was the one I chose and so far I have been pretty happy with it. You can just choose a body part on an actual human form and use the preset setting for that or you can choose one of just 6 different types of massage. It doesn’t get much easier than that and I don’t have to try to understand what the picture of a stomach or a foot is supposed to mean and which setting to use under it like then old unit.

It will do.
The wires seem pretty fragile and the sticky doesn't feel stickier. I prefer the old snap Connections. Does not provide the massage level as well as other units but the pulse can get very intense in a good way. Not the easiest to navigate and the bad isn't that logical but for an inexpensive unit, it works fine.

The AUVON tu-2424 is a great low cost Tens unit
For the price this unit has a great battery life and a large assortment of therapy settings.. I use it several times a week on different injury areas.. With 2 channels you can work more than one but sadly you cant program one for knee and the other for the back unless you use the same pulse therapy for both.. You can however adjust the two channels to different strengths and use a generic therapy.. My treatments run about 40 minutes and I start off low then boost it to fairly strong and the relief lasts for days.. I tried a Tens unit back 30 years ago and it was awful with only 1 pulse setting and a crude knob to adjust the strength that was always getting bumped.. Compared to the AUVON Tens unit which has huge numbers of options, a lock button, timer for 1/4 the price and that thing back then cost me over $100.. Plan on getting a pack of electrode pads or conductive sticky gel as the pads do wear out.. Pro tip - NEVER wear a smart watch when doing Tens therapy, I had to buy a replacement today which was an expensive lesson..

The best TENS unit I’ve ever used!!
I deal with a lot of chronic pain and I just started using this TENS unit and I’ve got to say it is amazing. It’s small but mighty and packs a lot of punch. The adhesives are good but only last about 1 to 3 uses before needing to replace it came fully charged and I’ve been using it quite a bit and it’s still got 2/3 left of a charge. I really like the LED screen and the buttons everything is really easy and convenient to adjust whether it’s the intensity or a particular setting. I love that it comes with so many choices and it’s small so it’s easy to take with you. I would definitely buy again and I highly recommend.

Better than expected
I was thinking some cheap version of a tens.. well it was above expectations. Can use on multiple areas at the same time (ex: both kneed at same time). Definitely helps with tension sprains strains or tired muscles. I do recommend this one.
