Great phone. It is very robust which I need. Battery lasts a long time between charges. Responsive. Easy to navigate and swap data from my old phone quickly.

Great phone, as very rugged and in harsh environments with water and soil. Dual sim excellent when needing backup data on a different network for travelling. Only issue with it is the rubber cover for the charging point makes it not easy to to put the cable in and therefore is at risk of breaking the port. Blackview support is excellent and resolve any issues quickly and I believe that is most important as any electronic device however good the manufacturer quality is can have faults.

A whopper of a phone. I've only had it a week, but everything works except the fingerprint reader. The reader is the on/off switch and I can't get it to capture my fingerprint. It times-out every time. I'll send the retailer a message about that. Copying all the apps and data from my old Nokia was a piece of cake. Screen is a clear as a bell.

This phone was not my original choice, it was suggested by Blackview customer services as a replacement for my broken monster BV6200 that i bought for its massive battery capacity for festivals and camping but to be honest was a little too heavy for carrying in my pocket on the day to day. This phone is much lighter and has a lower battery capacity but is lovely to use nice clear screen for aging eyes. Nice and light in the hand. Easy Set up for computer phobics like myself. Good solid design But i will still buy a full case as I like to drop things in my daily life. The process of getting the phone under guarantee was very easy I just had to send a video of the fault on the old phone and answer a few questions via email. It would have been even quicker had i been able to do it via chat in office hours.

Love this mobile. Easy setup excellent value for money. Looks good quality. Converted from my usual Samsung. Happy with my purchase.

This is a great phone. Good value for money. It's just as good, if not better than other big name brands. No having to buy expensive cases to protect it. I had to contact customer support and their service was excellent, Alina and Alan were both very helpful. I will definitely be staying with Blackview.

Quality of this smartphone is impressive so far. Easy to setup and use .its strong and sturdy yet powerful in its performance . i bought a few rugged phones in the past to use it at my work place but each of those didnt last long . but since i have bought this im quit happy with this. The phone works and processes things faster due to its octa core processor and 12GB big ram memory. it has larger storage room too 128GB and plus using the memory car it can be extended upto a TB . it has a user friendly touch screen panel.Long battery life,finger orint and face ID functions work as they should do.Camera quality is amazing too. All in all a very good smartphone and at this price its a treat. Recommended.

Rugged design, really tough phone. I have dropped a few times but the phone still intact.
