A very fast counting machine that is very simple to use with just a slight perusal of the instruction book. The counting is fairly accurate and it functions as one would expect, but it gets fussy about wrinkled bills so it will tell you a crumpled one is possibly fake...highly unlikely. Seems to be of good quality and solid design but only time will tell if that bears out as everything treated decently can last a few months.

Customer service is non-existent. I purchased this money counter in August of 2025. This unit has a 3 year manufacturer's warranty, at least in theory. It worked fine until March of 2026, at which point it began jamming on almost every bill fed into it. I called custmer service multiple times, and no-one ever picked up, even after waitng 15-30 minutes each time. I also submitted an online support ticket, which, over a week later, has not been responded to. So now I have a $1500 paperweight.

First time using..unless im doing something wrong..So far its a turd..it hates counting new bills..even on it's slowest speed..ok..well..adjust the bill thickness do-hicky..worked alot better..let's see what the banks bill counter matches..🤔🤔..only did a run of 700 dollar bills..ill add the 5th star depending on the banks count..

I’ve gone through three money counters. I bought a similar one for 1/3 the price but it kept jamming on the count. I ended up paying for this one and it’s absolutely flawless in counting money. No hiccups whatsoever. When it comes to money counters, you do get what you pay for. As we run a business that involves cash, taking 30 sec to count versus 5 minutes makes a difference.
