Sawyer Products Premium Maxi DEET, 100% DEET Insect Repellent

I live and work in the middle of a mosquito breeding ground and am predisposed to being their preferred host. I have tried every natural repellent made, and most lower-level Deet repellents. This stuff is amazing, and will be my permanent solution to woodland succubuses. Spending upwards of 16 hours a day outside -- it is necessary to reapply. But just spending an evening outside there should be no need. Since using this product I have not had a single tick, when prior to use I averaged at least two a day. The only downside is that the product is very sticky, and often clogs the sprayer.

I don't really leave reviews, but I HAD to for this amazing deet spray! I got it because of reviews stating they traveled to different countries and it worked well. Well...IT DID. I went on vacation to Tulum, Mexico and because the city is in the jungle, there are mosquitoes literally everywhere! We walked to most of our destinations and I would spray 4 sprits on each limb, 2 on one side and 2 on the back side and then I'd rub it on like lotion. That is the trick. Do not spray and leave it there or else it will just be like an untouched oily spot. It does have an odd oily consistency when sprayed on, so I suggest to spray all areas first and then rub them in or else you have to try to hold the bottle with oily hands and that makes it hard to continue spraying. But oh my gosh, let me tell you that I get extremely bad reactions to bug bites. They puff up to x4 if not more than its original size and hurt so bad that it feels raw even when the wind blows on it. The mosquitoes didn't dare to land on me and landed on my friends instead, lol. They didn't even want to walk near me because I'm a mosquito magnet and they'd ricochet onto them once they realized my tasty skin isn't actually so tasty with deet spray, haha! I had sprayed this on for a walk and it worked great, but I had to rinse myself off due to preserving cenotes, and that literally was when I started getting bit! Because I had to wash it off! This is a life saver! I'd be completely covered in bites and miserable if it weren't for this spray. It does leave a nasty taste on your hands if you're the nail biter or licking your fingers while eating type, so I'd wash your hands after applying. I also sprayed some on my hand to rub it on my back I stead of spraying it directly because it's harder to spray yourself with the possibility of missing, and also I accidentally inhaled it when spraying my neck and chest--so spraying it on your hand and rubbing on the desired area also works. I'm buying more of this in the double 4oz size pack to keep at home since there's also plenty of mosquitoes where I live in the states. Whoever made this product, THANK YOU. I can't stress out how amazing this really worked! I am one ecstatic customer! No regrets : D

Great for peeling off layers of skin and eliminating all insects within 100 square miles. Just kidding, apply this lightly, this stuff is very strong and works very well. I kayak fish on a small farm pond that is full of bugs and this stuff literally cleared out the whole pond...exaggerating obviously...you won't regret this purchase, this stuff works.

Great repellant. It’s slippery but not good for as a lubricant- but the bugs have definitely stayed away from our genitalia
