Recently had a “millennial injury” of straining my back muscles whilst changing the beddings and coughing! I was in excruciating pain and had to go to A&E. Luckily x-ray showed nothing was broken. Doctor prescribed high strength painkillers and referred for physio. In the meantime, I bought this back brace and it has been my saviour! Very well made, comfortable, adjustable with Velcro fastening (so can fit most sizes), breathable, definitely value for money and it most certainly supported my lower back. I have lumbar lordosis so my lower back is prone to becoming weak causing chronic back ache. I will be using this back brace to support me with my day to day activities.

The BraceUP Back Support Belt is very well made, easy to apply to the body, lightweight. My family member has only been wearing this for about three days, and already has made considerable comfort in the lower back, lumbar region. He is able to walk about in a more upright position, and continue with various tasks like painting, carrying the shopping, walking up hill. Item doesn't work has it should , it becomes loose , when bending down and walking

This is excellent . I am a Marshall at motor sports events during the weekend and I’m in my feet for 10 to 11 hours sometimes. I was struggling with lower back stiffness and pain half way through the day but with this back support it totally disappears. It’s super way to adjust and put on and is well worth the price.

This is a very effective belt, it really does help to support the lower back muscles and easily adjustable. The nice thing about it is that you have access to it when back is painful and then easily tucked away in the drawer when back is better

Comfortable to wear and very easy to adjust the tightness of the belt. It gives plenty of support which made me feel confident in carrying out certain tasks.

Buona cintura, tiene bene tutta la parte sulla pancia e la schiena. Come si vede non è una cintura estremamente rigida come quelle allacciate in cuoio ma va bene per esercizi di piccola e media intensità.

lo usato per curare la mia ernia del disco e fra fisioterapie e questa fascia sta funzionando il dolore e quasi sparito penso che sia un ottimo prodotto
