The video quality is excellent on the dash cam. The rear view camera is not great but then it’s only 720p and I only bought it to use as backup camera. When your parked at an angle on a busy street and trying to back out next to a big truck which blocks your view, you’ll understand it’s wonderful. Now I only gave 2 stars on battery life because the battery in mine was a dud but I contacted Lydron and they are sending a new dash cam. Yay!! Wonderful customer service. This product is well worth the price!

The media could not be loaded. Dashcam really helpful for the car which doesn’t have the backup camera. I purchased this product and I completely satisfied with it. The dashcam doesn’t have the SD card. I have to buy one but it’s ok because I know that the company doesn’t give you a huge memory. They only give you 32 Gb. I’m using 64gb, the one I already had. I have to format the SD card when I plug into the dashcam. Dashcam has a few options for you to record such as 1 minute, 3 minutes or even 10 minutes. I really love it after using it in a week. I checked the videos in the SD on my computer. It’s high-quality video. I highly recommend this product. It’s not too expensive for the dashcam. The seller also sends me a video of how to set up a rear camera. It helps a lot of hiding the wires.

I had bad experience with this product, very bad...

This dash cam gives pictures with excellent clarity because:1) It's true that it's 4-inch screen.2) It's true that it's 170 degrees wide angle.3) It's true that it's HD 1080.4) It's true that it's Wide Dynamic Range (WDR).5) It's true that at low level night light, this cam gives very good pic with very good clarity.The unit has dual cam: front cam and rear cam. Initially my rear cam has a problem with 60 Hz (60 cycles) flickering noise, but the support department immediately replaced the unit without hassle. So, the prompt technical support and warranty deserved five stars, and the quality of the camera also deserves another five stars, but I'm limited to give only five stars.I highly recommend this dash cam.

The media could not be loaded. Kept turning off, so I replaced the overly hot power cable with another I had from a different camera and then it worked fine. I Only used the front camera and I must have bumped the button that turned off the audio. Will upload video tomorrow as I have it set at 5 minutes and the files are too big to upload to this review.--- Update: Jan2019- Front Camera works "OK" for the price, but the rear camera is ridiculous. Can't make out peoples faces. They're just figures moving about, and as for cars, you can tell what color they are and maybe what make or model, but at night, lights from behind glow the entire camera video out. No way your going to see anything at all until it's too late. Sorry was only allowed one "video" upload, so I put up pics taken out of the both front and rear cameras video.

Install I rate at a 7 difficulty. For the money, the features and image on this camera is amazing. Protects you front and back. I drive for a living and having this installed protects me from the vast number of lunatics out there in case of an incident. Having it turn into a back up camera comes in useful from time to time. If it saves you from one back up error doing damage its paid for itself 10 fold. If it gets a incident documented proving you not at fault it will pay for it self 1000 fold over the course of time. Well worth the money. Highly recommended. I've tried other cameras and they are junk this is the real deal.

The resolution is high, videos are very clear.Easy to install (took me about 1 hour).The manual was missing, but the product was not too hard to install.
