Unit arrived fine. Easy to setup and hang on a wall mount. Google TV works well. Easy to connect via Wifi. Screen is nice and clear. Would purchase again.

Absolute junk. It only has a physical power button so if you get a remote that works but the TV doesn't want to connect to it you're screwed. Can't use any menu buttons, and if you plug it in to Ethernet to get it online to set up, nope. You can't set up WiFi if you're using Ethernet because that'd be useful. Just a large, useless hunk of plastic.

I had a need for a very specific size TV, and this was one of few that fit the bill. The picture is great. Set-up takes a while. I hate the remote control which seems to work about 20% of the time, and I must turn the TV on using the stand alone remote. I changed the batteries provided with the TV, but the remote did not work any better. I use the app on my phone which works in conjunction with Amazon Home, and after the TV is on, it works consistently.

The tv works perfectly; it was NOT difficult to set up even though I'm a first time Smart tv customer and a little behind technology. Adrian, the driver, was very friendly. That said though, Adrian somehow didn't realize it was a Smart tv he was delivering until we mentioned it. **The whole side of the box says "GOOGLE 40' SMART TV". Thanks for the tv. It's going to be a lot of fun.

The packaging and product looked fine but there was a problem with the TV. The issue was dealt with promptly by customer service.

I'm so surprised by this product. It's very poor quality of build materials (plastic and screws), super light. The delivery guy looked like superman carrying this. But despite that, the picture quality is decent, very feature rich. A winner in the budget tv category!!

Honestly, this is crap. I'm on Amazon for like 10 years, this is one of the worst product I bought. - The TV looks really cheap (not a big issue considering the price, but don't expect a finished premium product) - The remote controller was not working (I had to use mine) - The image was so bad I though I had an issue with the TV. It looks it has only 32 colors on the screens. I tried to disable every single image setting, but still the same issue.

TV works great, installation was easy and quality is very good. Real happy with the buy, especially at that price.
