This had no effect on me at all. Let's face it: If you want a sleep aid that works, you're going to have to visit a doctor who can script for controlled substances and get Zoloft or something equally strong.

Small gel tablets.And they work for me ,one pil an hour before you go to bed ,and you should fall alleenDrink water with the sleeping pills ..The value is great two large bottles with enough gel pills for 2 à 3 months.The price vs quality is 100 % correct.Storage pills keep pills out of the sun (they will melt). Keep pills on a cool place or fridge.
