Your product is simply wonderful. Just what I was looking for.

I boutght the knifes to equip and airbnb. The knifes are quite light not just because the handle is made from plastic but as well the blade is lightweight. Cutting tomatoes, which is always my ultimate test, works but only with some pressure, which I usuall oly have to apply with my other knifes after not beeing sharpened for several months. For 39AED the deal is OK, if you just need to cut something here and there. For every day use if you like cooking the quality is not sufficient.

Um ótimo custo-benefício. Venho usando essas facas há um bom tempo e elas têm sido muito úteis na cozinha. Têm boa retenção de fio e não são difíceis de afiar. Uso bastante a chaira para retocar o fio e de vez em quando refaço na pedra. Como são baratas, uso para tarefas mais "pesadas". Apesar dos elogios, não achem que terão um desempenho como da linha Century ou Sublime, pois estas têm uma geometria de lâmina diferente e cortam bem mais. Para quem quiser uma faca um pouco melhor, aconselho comprar as da linha Sublime, hoje (12/25) na faixa de 150 a 180 reais. A faca menor deixa um pouco a desejar.
