Just like the one I had as a kid !!! Great stock Car Action and loads of fun . Just have to learn to use the controller and by that I mean controlling the speed around the track !

Amazon and Carrera knowingly sell slot car sets that are missing vital pieces. With out these pieces your set will not operate. That is fraud in The USA and I am sure that there are more clients like me that have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars just to be told “Too bad for you, pay more money even though the box the set comes in says that it is capable of multiple layouts. Ya sure only if you pay more money for something they advertised as included. If you try to call the number Carrera gives it is not even for Carrera, it is an advertising company that has nothing to do with Carrera. This leaves us with no recourse whatsoever. So don’t buy Carrera and definitely do not buy from Amazon as the company will do nothing to help. I for one will be selling this piece of junk and all the cars and extras I bought from Amazon.

this is an xmas gift for my great nephew so it hasn't been played with yet. cars are a lot bigger than expected. looks to be on the quality side.

Looks nice… cars won’t stay on the track and stop on certain areas which is rendering it very frustrating / unusable to us cuz the cars won’t even stay on.

The track and cars were well-built but the guard rails were cheap flexible strips that didn't stay in place. Requires some skill to navigate the loop and raised bank, which I removed for our grandson and he loved it. Upgrade the guard rails and it would be five stars.

I thought this might be too challenging for my 6 year old grandson but he had it mastered in no time. He gives me pointers on keeping the cars on track.

Got it for Christmas for our two boys (5 & 7) and they had a blast and couldn't stop playing. They crash a lot and it's not broken yet.

We just opened this from santa for christmas morning. Put it together- simply doesn’t work. You need high speed for the loop which is too high for the subsequent turn and the cars fly off. Cars do not stay on the track at all. Terrible, terrible. And very disappointed kid. Seriously so upset for how much this cost and how excited my son was to open this. Save yourself the trouble.

Order came quickly. This was a birthday gift. We’re disappointed that one of the car’s wind and engine was broken. We didn’t bother opening the rest and trying the other car. Going to return and reorder. Also, was hoping we had an exchange option. Now the price is more.
