Disclaimer: I am not using this product as intended. I am using it to pull my 10 yo daughter up dirt and serious consistently long vertical climbs around the house. There are not many solutions commercially available that I approve of to meet the demands of the terrain around the house. The left turn off the driveway is 1 mile and 400 vertical ft and the right is about 3 miles and 800 vertical feet with half the climbing in the last 1/2 mile. Initial tests were phenomenal. The band fits around her headtube with the addition of another carabiner and stretches enough to pull sufficiently to aid up the hills. The belt is a better solution to anything that attaches to my bike. Attachments to the bike interfere with a natural sway and movement needed to pedal comfortably. The belt and cord are compact enough to store in a Camelbak, my trailer, or any small backpack. I'd only use it to pull her up the hills when needed. and the product attaches and detaches within a min or less. This product actually seems overbuilt for what I thought was available and I've never seen anything I'd trust or think would help enough for what we do. This idea was simply born out of the idea of not to ruin my daughter's good spirits on climbs most recreational adults would never consider. She can actually pedal surprisingly well. However, a Cat 3 dirt climb coming home isn't anyone exactly on the pleasureable side compared to the fun of going, "Wheeeeeee!!!!!" down the hill. :_)

I bought this product together with Vikingstrength Fitness mask and I have never experienced a better combination! Together they have helped me with my fitness more than I can ever describe, but since this is a review for the band I will stick to the band! The first that struck me was the solid bag with the awesome logo! This is very helpful for storage and carriage! You will also get an instruction manual with some workouts tips! The belt itself is very solid and have multiple attachment opportunities and a free motion ring so you can train in every direction. I’m very pleased with the design and the robustness of this belt! It’s also very comfortable. The resistance of the bungee band is perfect for me, I’m a college basketball player and I have no complaints! You can get a hell of a burn with this band! I mostly use this band with a training partner, but you can also train alone with no problems. I highly recommend this product.

This product is exactly what i need to up my game! It is very heavy duty and a great price. I use use it tied to a goal post and it works great for footwork drills' Also you can have a training partner holding it for extra movement! Everything feels very high quality so it does not feel like it will break under pressure GREAT FOR SOCCER, MMA, and FOOTBALL!

The band's are cheaper than most however great surprise the quality is as good if not better! I purchased 10 and great for training

Great product, my son and I use it to help be more explosive off the ball. Focusing stay low and driving from the legs. Also do a lot of cone drills while utilizing the resistant waistband.

Got this for my son (125 lbs Fball RB) and it definitely does what it says. Him and his dad (160 lbs) used it together and it stayed in tact and as a spectator I could tell it was helping my son with his agility. I tried it and it was a little uncomfortable only because I don’t have abs and the pressure was killing me. But the functionality and resistance level is on par!

Quality of the product is good. However, this resistance training band is short (4 steps off the line) and offers very little resistance. I purchased this product to help my high school son (5’11” 160lbs) get a better jump off the line in football. However, the band provides such little resistance that he has to do 40+ reps before he feels a benefit. It would be much more effective for someone under 100 lbs. I would recommend adding bands to receive enough resistance to really improve performance.

This product is awesome! It has helped me with my balance, agility, foot speed, explosive acceleration "off the line", and endurance (especially when used in combination with my VikingStrength high-altitude training mask)... I usually train alone, so it's easy to just clip one end of the bungee around any sturdy, stationary/fixed object (i.e. football goal-post, backyard/patio support-post, tree trunk, etc.) Solid, durable product. Bungee has protective covering. Belt is very comfortable, and I like how I can clip in at various angles, making this what I consider to be a true 360° system. And, everything stores nicely and neatly in the included mesh drawstring-bag. A really great workout! And, as I already mentioned, if and when you're ready to take things to the next level of intensity, try adding their training mask to the mix. Wow... Your body will DEFINITELY feel it!

Not long enough to actually take more than one or two steps under tension. Almost entirely useless, can’t even do your first three steps of a sprint. Can’t do over speed training as you would almost immediately hit a wall. Would only be useful if you have a training partner.
