Clear assembly instructions, all parts safely packed & labeled, 10 minutes to assemble. It's sturdy, easy to roll, steer, & stop. Has effective hand brakes & parking brake feature. Large storage compartment has space for more stuff than I want to bring along. Its adjustable height made it easy to fit me perfectly. Price was fair for quality product. Having this walker opened the outdoors for me again.

Packaged very well and easy to assemble. Very simple to use and feel durable. Brakes work well and seat is comfortable. Storage area under seat is huge, and cup holder is very nice. It folds easily for transport and opens up just as easy. I didn’t install the backrest because I feel I don’t need it and it looks way better without it. I strongly recommend this walker especially if you’re planning to use it outside.

This walker was easy to put together and appears to be super durable. This is the second one we've ordered and our seniors love the seat, storage, backrest and brake system.

This Rollater is very sturdy, the wheels roll and turn easily, and it is easily maneuverable. My mother loves it and calls it her Cadillac. She is about 5'4" and the seat is exactly the right height for her. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This walker has been invaluable. It has held up remarkably and is the perfect assistance for walking- both sidewalks and grass/rough terrain. I live in Arizona and have gone on many walks with this walker. I have taken it both on bus trips and on airline trips. It is very easy to fold up and is rugged enough not to fall apart during the handling at the bus/airport stations. It provides the stability that I need and provides an ease while I am using the storage area. It has the ability to store quite a lot of things which makes it great for shopping as well as travel. I highly recommend this product. It has greatly increased my quality of life.

PROS ...easy to assemble, sturdy, great storage compartment...it performed well on a dirt/gravel road/cement and grass CONS... a little heavier than i would like and didn't need it quite so wide, however it does fit thru an average door but makes it more difficult to pack up in a vehicle, the break wires get caught often ( ties should remedy that)
