Zero stars if I could!
I received this as an Xmas gift and they're awful!! Weak, watery, terrible flavor at all when mixed to the specifications. I've tried four so far and don't expect the rest to be any better. Very disappointing, as cocoa is my winter favorite!

Terrible quality ingredients
If i could give zero stars I would. It tastes terrible every flavor does. Like very cheap and low very low cocoa used on top of massive amounts of artificial sweetness. Gingerbread doesn't even taste like gingerbread. And they all stink like smell bad too!
