Easy solution to sweeping and cleaning the floors into a one step solution!
I am enjoying cleaning again because of this exceptional machine. It picks up floor debris (crumbs, dust balls, thread, even tissue paper-the suction pulled it in before I could bend down to pick it up) and the roller wets and cleans the floor-both at the same time! It has a self propel feature so it takes the work out of pushing it forward. It cleans vinyl flooring, tile bathroom flooring and even goes over a 1-2 millimeter rug and cleans it. The time saved by this dual action feature is a lifesaver. It took me a total of 30 min to clean 8 rooms (1900 sq foot space). The charging base is easy to use. The voice commands left you know that it’s charging. The charge lasts about 30 minutes before it needs to go back to the base. The water tank also was about empty after 30 minutes. The cleaning of the tank and all the parts is easy. The fuzzy roller could use a tool to extract the dirty water from it. I use my hand but need to figure out something better. The roller and parts dry overnight. I would highly recommend this machine!

Really clean floors . . . finally!
I live in a senior two beroom apartment with wood grain textured vinyl plank flooring throughout. It's pretty old and I don't know if it's been properly cleaned since it was installed. I typically use a spin mop once a week after vacuuming and a spray mop in between, when needed (both are O'Cedar). No matter how hard it worked on it, my socks alway got so dirty! I just received my machine three days ago and have used it 3 times. The first time, I was amazed, but not surprised at how filthy the water was. So gross! Always, always go with the grain no matter what method you use to wash your floors. I went slowly so that the solution has time to work and the brush gave it a good scrubbing. I think the constantly rotating brush was able to clean deeper into the "wood grain" and lift out the dirt. After the third time, I could see a glow and more definition in the grain. It's probably going to take a couple more times to get the flooring absolutely clean but I am so happy about how clean my floors feel when I walk barefoot. The liquid cleaning solution is great and the small bottle will last a long time since you use so little. I'm glad I received the liquid instead of the tablets. Though it has some voice instructions, they are hard to hear over the machine, so they're pretty useless. (And they're done in awkward English.) It's easy to take apart to finish cleaning after the auto-clean cycle. The instruction manual leaves a bit to be desired. It leaves a couple questions unanswered and you have to find the answers by trial and error. IMPORTANT! Though I did not see it stated in the owners manual, NEVER run the machine without water. This is not a dry vacuum. Nor is it intended to be used on carpets. Some of the review videos show the machine being run without water or on carpets. Water must also be in the container when running the self clean mode. If I have any further thoughts or issues, I will update. UPDATE: I ordered a spare roller brush the other day directly from the manufacturer's website because it was on sale for $6 cheaper than on Amazon website, with free shipping. Today I received an email advising me that it is out of stock and to order from Amazon. I think this was unprofessional of them. If it was out of stock, their website should have said so. Or they could have offered a discount coupon for my trouble.

Low Quality Plastic Creates Constant Issues.
The first few months were great - liquid, crumbs, hair, it picked up everything with no issue. It looked great out of the box, and overall felt like a more premium product, but the problem is what happens when it ages over time (and even then, we’ve only had it five months - was broken for one month). We had our first issue within roughly 100 days of owning the wet-vacuum. In short, our clean solution tank just outright split and would no longer attach to the vacuum. Going through Amazon didn’t happen since we were outside their warranty window, so we went to JONR themselves. Thankfully JONR was great with customer service and promised a new tank. Sure, it took nearly a month, but we got another tank with no issue. That’s when we also started to notice all of the other pieces of plastic were chipping, splitting, or separating. In the end, the connection point between the clean solution tank and the accepting / feeding valve broke outright. While the screws were still installed, the points that the screws went into completely separated from their housing, and the seal for the solution tank was not being pressed enough for any solution to come out. JONR mentioned we had to use their solution, and that’s all well and good, but where the plastic was splitting there was no solution. More of a structural area. Being an electrician myself, I took everything apart and noted an incredible amount of issues. I’ll leave it at that though. I will not contact JONR about this issue, because this product is too far from saving. I don’t have pictures to post, because I’ve already thrown everything away (regretfully). Again, when we first got it we were amazed and couldn’t be happier. But over time, the cost-saving, lack of quality control, and poor plastic quality show their faces. We didn’t even make a year. We are now looking at purchasing a Shark through Costco. Not only because they have a much better warranty policy than Amazon these days, but it’s also a great brand that you know you can trust. I won’t be getting my money back in this JONR, and maybe that’s the point, but I plead with whoever is reading this: do not buy this product. I ignored the bad reviews before I bought the ED12, and wish I would have listened.
