an affordable, versatile, and quality black and white film. i got some great shots with this film, and will definitely be reordering again soon

This is going to sound very obvious, but these films are black and white. I can’t bring myself to admit how long it took me to realise that. Actually, I didn’t realise it, it had to be pointed out to me. I mean, it says it in the description, the boxes are black and white and so are the canisters themselves. These are Agfa APX for heaven’s sake! Anyway, nice films, good price. (Clearly not idiot-proof.)

Pleasantly suprised how nice these came out (although my camera had a severe lightleak) which is why i bought this as a cheap film to test out

It's pretty good I hear that it's just kentmere 100 repackaged so if kentmere is cheaper then I'd recommend that too. It has a wide exposure latitude and is medium low contrast in my experience at standard develop times. This could be a good thing or a bad thing, if you want more moody shots, avoid this and Illford films in general, I would recommend fomapan or if you have a bigger budget, tri x

Ich habe in diesem Jahr meine alte Liebe zur analogen Fotografie wiederentdeckt, und der Agfa APX 100 war nach vielen Jahren der erste SW-Negativfilm im Kleinbildformat, den ich mir wieder gekauft habe. Zugegeben, da es erst einmal nur ums Ausprobieren ging, spielten dabei auch preisliche Überlegungen eine Rolle. Der Agfa APX 100 wird heute im Vereinigten Königreich von Harman hergestellt, welche auch für Ilford produzieren. Um es kurz zu machen, ich bin von den Ergebnissen sehr angetan. Dabei gebe ich zu, dass ich Filmentwicklung und Herstellung der Abzüge (die in Wahrheit natürlich Prints sind) ganz einfach einem der bekannten Drogeriemärkte anvertraut habe. Doch selbst bei diesen Ergebnissen sieht man, was der Film kann. Die gelungeneren (d.h. korrekt belichteten und gestalterisch mich ansprechenden) Aufnahmen lassen für mich keine Wünsche offen, sowohl was Kontrast als auch Körnigkeit und Schärfe anbelangt. Ich kann die zum Teil geäußerte Kritik, der Film zeige kein "richtiges Schwarz" nicht nachvollziehen. Ich kann den Agfa APX 100 alles in allem sehr empfehlen. Er ist ein hochwertiger SW-Film mittlerer Empfindlichkeit, der für Amateure ideal und m.E. durchaus auch anspruchsvolleren Aufgaben gewachsen ist.

Pellicola con ottima definizione, basso contrasto, morbida e flessibile, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo....opportuno esporre con metering sulle alte luci e non sulle ombre...dà il meglio di sé con filtro rosso

5本くらい使ってみました。 刺激的ではないがリアルな仕上がりが印象的です。また濃淡はアクロスほどはない印象です。（悪くいえば薄いような？→焼く時になんとでもなります。） 現像時間については探すのに苦労しましたが、AGFA社の海外ホームページでPDFファイルをダウンロードする形で掲載されていました。 品質も安定していて概ね気に入っています。 高感度のapx400も使ってみましたが仕上がり自体はあまり変わらないのでapx400の方がいいかもしれません。
