I have been taking this for about 45 days. I had extreme fatigue. So tired I couldn’t hardly stay awake. And I have to say I truly feel better. No stomach issues. It’s like a miracle. Only issue the price! I paid 89 first month. Got it for 69 prime day sell. Wish it would go on sale again. Hoping possibly my Dr can prescribe it. But if you are feeling like I was it’s worth the money if you can afford it. I was tired of being tired. Considering taking 2 months then taking every other day. So it would be half the cost and last 2 months at a time. Just hope the tiredness shortness of breath doesn’t come back.

This iron supplement is easy to add to a daily routine, and the directions are clear. I like that it is made for both women and men and comes in a convenient format. The taste is mild and not unpleasant, which makes it easier to take consistently. I also did not notice any unwanted side effects while taking it as directed, and it seemed effective as part of my daily routine. For the quality and quantity included, I think it offers good value for the money.

I have a condition where my body does not make enough red blood cells. Doctors keep telling me to take more ferrous sulfate. My body does not tolerate high doses of ferrous sulfate. My own research uncovered this product which prevents the ferrous sulfate from dissolving in the stomach and it dissolves in the intestines where it does much more good. After three weeks of taking this product my iron levels rose by almost one whole digit. I feel better, do not have the stomach issues, and it is a win-win for me. I highly recommend this product!

I was taking an iron supplement previously and didn't realize that it wasn't working at all. I moved over to these because of great reviews and boy do they work! My energy level steadily increased over the course of about a month to levels I had not seen in a long time. I never noticed any side effects at all. I take my pills in the evening with the first few bites of dinner and haven't noticed any stomach issues at all. These are basic capsules and are easy to swallow. No aftertaste at all. The only thing that I didn't like about this was the price. Is it expensive for a 30-day supply? Yes. Do they work better than any iron I've had previously? Yes.

Working really well ! Comes in capsule form easy to swallow. No after taste or stomach issues after taking. Bowel movements not affected. Have taken other iron supplements in the past and had many issues with side effects. This product is great. Just ordered another bottle.

Great product. Brought my HGB up 1 full point in a few weeks. Much better than ferrous sulfate, proferrin, and iron carbonyl for speed and effectiveness. My HGB ranges from 7-10 and is classified moderate to severe.

I started this medication with really high hopes because it’s quite expensive. The price alone made me wonder if it actually works. I took not just one, but two tablets a day, always leaving an 8–9 hour gap between them. I made sure to take each dose on an empty stomach with 250 mg of vitamin C, and I was very careful not to eat anything for two hours afterward. I did all of this to maximize absorption. I was extremely consistent with my routine, so naturally my expectations were high. The medication never caused any stomach issues or constipation for me, which made me very happy. When I first started, my ferritin level was 26. After about two months of use, I had bloodwork done, and I was shocked to see my ferritin had dropped from 26 to 24. Only my hemoglobin had improved—from 11 to 11.5. When I asked my doctor and ChatGPT about this after two months, I was told that my iron stores just hadn’t filled yet, that the supplement was currently improving my hemoglobin, and that I should continue. So I kept going for another four months. As you know, this medication is expensive, and I used two boxes per month—around $160 monthly. But four months later, it was a complete disappointment. My ferritin level dropped again, this time to 23. My other blood markers had also gone down. Only my hemoglobin increased slightly—from 11.5 to 11.8. If you’re planning to use this supplement with high expectations and spending this much money, I honestly don’t recommend it. Or at least, here’s what I suggest: once you start the medication, get your labs checked again after two months. If your ferritin level hasn’t increased at all—if your iron stores haven’t started to improve—don’t waste your money like I did. I continued for a total of six months. At $160 per month, I spent almost $960, and I’m extremely disappointed. I really wish I had put that money toward IV iron instead. So for anyone considering this product with hope: I took two tablets a day, very consistently, and it did absolutely nothing for me. On the contrary, my ferritin levels went down. A huge disappointment.

I struggle taking ferrous sulfate or fumarate , eating or not eating makes me sick out of my mind every time so clearly that’s no benefit. I am anemic and have to take iron very frequently, these have changed my life so far, not once I’ve been sick. I usually get 3 packs (sometimes you get an offer from original price ) and do a 3 months course and then stop and start again when I feel that I need it but for me has been life changing . My anemia got so bad that I was an opened door to infections for like a good 2 months , started taking this and vitamin D as was lacking that too and so much better since and no more infections thankfully

Just amazing, it changed my life and I feel. Prescribed iron wasn't working for me and my stomach, but this is powder and its amazing.

These work but... I got quite a ducky tummy with these, however I did feel well and healthier than usual.
