I've been using this every night after my shower before bed. Pros: - It feels so cooling and pleasant when applied to my skin after a shower. - It doesn't irritate my skin at all, and I have quite sensitive skin so that's saying something. - It spreads evenly so you don't need to use too much. - I love the way it makes my skin look healthy after prolongued use. Cons: - It is VERY expensive for how much you get, so be aware of that. Overall, I'd recommend it if money isn't an issue for you.
