I love this stuff. We use it to make our own miso soup or ramen base. It's the perfect size too.

Easy to use and tasty
One of my kids has allergies from fish so I can’t use fish kind of dashi. I use it for soup, stir flying or fried rice, etc… I know it’s not perfectly healthy ingredients but taste great and easy to use.
