Woody earthy taste ,makes a strong tea , sleep quality is improved if you take on consecutive nights,an interesting odour lastly may I suggest a strong flavourfull syrup to counteract the earthy taste , reasonable value for money.

Good tea….but the smell 😂
I believe this tea is used in some sleep aids, and I must admit it seems to aid my sleep. But does it stink!! It’s like a cross between bad feet and rottting veg…(it doesn’t taste like this, though, and is pleasant to drink) and unless you store it well and dispose of the used tea well it’s apt to dominate your kitchen or wherever you prepare this tea.
