The sofa arrived with a damaged hand rest right from delivery. Despite informing the vendor, no proper resolution or service was provided. Within just 2 months of normal usage, the wooden section where the legs were attached broke completely, making the structure unstable and unsafe. On top of that, the seat foam has already sagged badly and become deformed, which clearly shows the poor quality of materials used. The sofa now looks old and worn out in an unbelievably short period of time. The most frustrating part is the after-sales service. The vendor is neither denying the issue nor taking responsibility to repair or replace the damaged parts. This product does not justify its price at all. Frankly, the quality is so poor that it doesn’t even feel worth ₹10,000. Spending ₹36,000 on this turned out to be a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise buyers to think twice before purchasing from this seller.
