I had been researching ways to help with infertility issues after having some medical issues and read that this was a great supplement to help support it, I took them as directed on the label for 2 weeks and I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or not but I ovulated for the first time in I can’t remember how long. A few weeks later I was pregnant! I didn’t have any issues with taking them or having any problems with them upsetting my stomach or making me feel any type of way!

I’ve noticed a major improvement with my PCOS. Less facial hair, hair grows back a lot slower, hormones balanced. However, I have been combining with Metformin. If you take Metformin for PCOS this is the best supplement you can take with it. I’ve lost 45 pounds and feel so much better and have regular periods.

I had a horrible re-occurring reaction to this. Digestive issues galore- severe nausea, extremely painful stomach pains, diarrhea, plus racing heart rate and dizziness. I didn’t have a reaction for the first two days, but from days 3-7 I had these symptoms within an hour or two of taking the recommended 4 capsules. I didn’t realize it was because of this product until day 7. I stopped taking them for about 3 days and I felt fine. Then I thought I would just try 2 per day instead of the recommended 4 capsules (I did this for a few more days because I really wanted to get the positive benefits that other women are having) but I still had those same symptoms. I ended up getting a refund and threw the remaining product away. I am very sad that I was one of the minority that reacted badly to this.
