I bought this to use in a new GORuck pack I picked up. It fits perfectly. I also love that it has the handles on two sides on two sides, increasing the functionality, so you can do different exercises with it outside of the pack. It increases my walking workout sufficiently by easily allowing me to add weight. The build quality is excellent. It is metal. It is going to last.

Exactly what I’m looking for! I got a Fieldline backpack from my husband this year. It’s my favorite walking accessory, but with the whole weighted vest trend, I wanted some to add to my pack without another item to wear. This plate fits perfectly in my bag along with my camelpak, so my morning walks are about to excel getting me my summer mommy body ready for MYSELF! Definitely a worthy buy!

These work perfectly in my Ruckercise Rucking Backpack. The handles make them super easy to slide in and out, so I can adjust my weight quickly for different workouts. Really happy with this purchase!

Great price for the weight. Fits into the laptop compartment of my North Face Recon backpack easily. However, mine came a little rusted. Not a huge deal since it's ultimately just a weight to stick into a backpack, but it would've been nice if it wasn't already rusted considering I'm buying it new.

It's weird to be reviewing this: It's a 45 pound weight. What's there to review? 😂 But here's a few things I like: It's narrow enough to fit snugly in the "water pouch" section of my backpack, so that makes it easer to "ruck." It's also cheaper than the weight plates I've priced on both the "Go Ruck" site and in my local sporting good stores. So all in all, a good plate.

It's perfect, but man, changing the dimensions on something really throws me off. It doesn't feel like 25 pounds because it doesn't look like or is shaped like a 25lbs plate at the gym. But it's definitely 25lbs. It fits in my bag, (bunch of spots), and it makes it easy to just wear my backpack, and boom- instantly harder dips and pullups. If you need a heavy plate for your backpack, for making pullups or parallel bar dips harder, get this.
