BERDOUES 1902 Vetiver EDC 4.2 fl.oz.

It was (in retrospect) a risk blind-buying a fragrance online that I couldn’t return. I wish this was a good fit for me. It really wasn’t. Not masculine at all. Soapy floral Victorian type of scent.

I ordered the BERDOUES 1902 Vetiver Eau de Cologne | Aromatic Fern, Long Lasting Scent Made in France | Spray Fragrance for Men and Women with Verbena, Rosemary & Vetiver| Luxury Unisex Perfume with Premium Quality. I'm a woman, and this mainly smells like it would be for women versus men. I haven't ever had anything that was scented like this so I'm not sure how to describe it except that it kind of reminds me of some people's laundry detergent (not in a bad way). It's just more of a floral and fresh scent. The bottle is quite big. I don't absolutely love it, but I don't dislike it. I feel like it would serve better as a home fragrance as that seems to be more of the vibe to mist on pillows or other things. It seems to last a while, thank you.

This fragrance comes in a large glass bottle and is free of phalates and parabens. I love the scent of rosemary and verbena, so I thought this might be a good fit for me. Unfortunately, I can't identify either of those scents. To me, this smells exactly like the sandalwood soap that I encountered on my travels overseas. I don't hate it, but I don't love it either. The scent is subtle with good staying power, so it might be a good option for others, it just isn't for me.

This honestly smells like one of those dollar store perfumes people get. The scent is overwhelming in a bad way and smells very cheap. The scent does last long!

This extra large bottle arrives unboxed. Pop off the cap and give this a spray. You will note that this is very herbaceous. It seems a little like someone is cooking something great in the kitchen. The mist is very fine but a lot comes out at once, so press lightly to get a gentle spray and then add a little more if you like. I took this to work to spray in my office. I lightly spritzed my carpet and my chair so that the room then had that herbaceous scent.

This is a big bottle of cologne and the quality is good. It is a large bottle that is glass and the smell is a bit more masculine but great for women as well. It's not that strong and doesn't stay all day though but still suitable for the value. I would use this for a short trip as it doesn't last all day and I like the perfume to linger on me. It is easy to spray on and it didn't irritate my skin as I have sensitive skin.

I can tell the quality is good, but it has a fancy soap smell which is not for me. I'm sure its for someone. It would make a good room spray, if you enjoy the scent.

The BERDOUES 1902 Vetiver Eau de Cologne has a nice light scent, that is a blend of slightly sweet citrus with a bit of jasmine/musk. It is a subtly refreshing, clean soap scent. It is quite unisex. This is a great choice as a room, air, or pillow fragrance mist. Versatile in its usage to freshen up during the day or relax in the evening. The only reason this is not a 5-star is the relatively short staying power.

C'est certes une eau de cologne et pas un parfum, donc sa fragance s'estompe assez vite. Mais quelle fraîcheur le matin ! Elle sent comme une aurore au début du printemps. Ma préférée de la collection Berdoues 1902.
