This is the easiest “wok” to maintain and use. I owned a traditional wok for over 30 years, but it was a bit of a hassle to have to keep it seasoned. This is more like a bowl skillet, non stick, and easy cleanup. No need to season! I was a little concerned that it wouldn’t sear or wouldn’t get hot enough up the walls of the bowl. But it gets plenty hot for my purposes. It sears well, and it even partially charred some veggies, which is what I wanted (I don’t use much oil). I’m sure it’s missing some qualities of a real wok, and the granite finish is not for everyone, but it’s lightweight enough to flip veggies, and it does everything I want. The only thing I miss is the ability to scoot this across a burner, which you shouldn’t do because the flat conductive metal plate underneath has a kind of tread to it. But that’s not really a problem, just something to be mindful of. I love it! You can cook almost anything in it. The lid has a vent hole so the glass will not explode. Highly recommended!

One of the purchases as a non stick wok. It has been 6 months and the different nature of food has been tried. Asian ( non high heat) and indian food has been well cooked many times and the wok is easy to use, clean and maintain. We never clean non stick utensils in dishwasher or abrasive cleaners and this wok would never ask you for tough cleaners or scrubers. Às a wok with base the it is perfect to cook for a variety of meals for 2 to 5 person. The handle of the pan is good and not started wiggling after 6 months of use. The pan cover is also of good quality and sturdy along with pan. I am now looking for other pans from same brand.

This has become my all time favorite cooking utensil. I use it for everything: stir fry, pastas, shallow frying, hash browns and egg dishes, and pretty much anything else that fits. It is great for making fried rice as Iit is deep enough to stir and flip the rice around without spilling, and literally nothing sticks to it, including scrambled eggs at high stir fry heat. It cleans up with warm water and a sponge or paper towel. We have purchased a couple of expensive woks and high sided sauce pans over the years, but none has been as versatile nor as easy to maintain. Most woks do not include a lid, but this one does and it's a nice one that fits well. I went ahead and also purchased Kordisen sauce pans and their crepe pan/griddle made from the same material and all are excellent and a great value. Highly recommend.

After years of using a coated electric wok, I was finally able purchase one that could be used on a gas stove and am 100%+ satified with this wok's quality and how well it cooked the stir fry chicken and vegetables i made for a delicious and healthy meal. The handle was easy to put on and was so much easier to work with than the one I had with the two small handles on either side of the work. Not sure what it's made of, but it is very comfortable to the touch. The wok itself heated so quickly, did not burn and cooked the veggies and chicken thoroughly in a very short amount of time. I had a lot of different vegetables so i cooked each type separately to not overload the wok as the instructions said to fill between 70 & 80% of the wok...great tip. I thought the price point was very fair, given the quality and same day delivery. I highly recommend this product and would purchase again as a gift for someone. Also, clean up was so easy and it came with terrific spatula as well.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much because of the price, but this wok surprised me in the best way. I originally went on Amazon to replace the wok from my very expensive HexClad set that my husband accidentally ruined. Their replacement wok alone is around $300, so I decided to try this one instead — and I’m so glad I did. This wok is truly non-stick. Food slides right off, and it cooks evenly every single time. In fact, it performs better than my high-end set, which I never thought I’d say. It has now become our favorite piece of cookware in the entire house. The spatula that comes with it also deserves a mention — it holds up to high heat really well and feels sturdy when cooking, not flimsy like many others that come with budget sets. Overall, we are very impressed. Amazing quality, great price, and honestly better than some luxury brands. If you’re on the fence, just get it — you won’t regret it.

I purchase a lot of products from Amazon and this may well be one of the best purchases I have ever made. I had never heard of this brand and bought it solely based on the positive reviews. It arrived very well packaged and all you need to do is attach the handle to the wok using the screwdriver (they even included a decent quality screwdriver). Attaching the handle was quite simple and it feels well secured and tight (I may tighten it in the future if needed). I've used this wok well over 50+ times and the coating still looks brand new. It's a breeze to clean and I don't always use oil when cooking (we have a gas stove and I don't heat it really high - medium heat at most). It's versatile because of its size so it can be used to both stir fry and for making sauces. I am really impressed by the quality of this item especially given the price.

When I order something I never know what the quality of the item will be. Will the materials be sub standard, the instructions useless, items missing or don't fit properly. Happy to say, this wok is the opposite! Exceptional quality for this price, clear instructions, a second set of all the screws needed to assemble it – they even included a full sized, quality screwdriver to put it together! (I'll add it to my toolbox). I was very impressed. It even came in eco-friendly packaging. As for cooking, the surface seems solid and nothing sticks to it. Heat distribution is good, the handle is well balanced, the lid fits securely. And the silicone spatula that comes with it is large and works well with the pan. Very happy with this product and would definitely recommend. One of the best kitchen purchases I've made on Amazon.

This wok is so attractive I have set it on an open shelf in my kitchen. Not only does it look great, but when put to use, it heats up quickly and stir frys efficiently. Great for meats and veggies! The glass lid is useful for steaming! Cleaning is a breeze! I use this Wok daily. It came with a matching accessory tool. If you are looking for a wok for stir frying or steaming, I highly recommend this one.

it looked amazing when I opened the packaging, but as I was trying to assemble it …. as usual with so many products that you receive from Amazon, the designated hole for attaching screws was completely blocked up. Returned immediately
