Kordisen Ceramic Wok Pan, 12 Inch Nonstick Wok with Lid, Healthy Non Toxic Woks & Stir-fry Pans for Cooking, Induction Cookware, PFOA & PFAS Free (Grey)

One of the purchases as a non stick wok. It has been 6 months and the different nature of food has been tried. Asian ( non high heat) and indian food has been well cooked many times and the wok is easy to use, clean and maintain. We never clean non stick utensils in dishwasher or abrasive cleaners and this wok would never ask you for tough cleaners or scrubers.Às a wok with base the it is perfect to cook for a variety of meals for 2 to 5 person.The handle of the pan is good and not started wiggling after 6 months of use.The pan cover is also of good quality and sturdy along with pan.I am now looking for other pans from same brand.

This is the perfect size for Chinese stir fry. It’s super light and the nonstick coating is quite durable. Bear in mind I only use wooden spatula on this wok. I’ve had it for over a year now with almost daily use and there is absolutely no complaint. The lid is a much appreciated bonus. Cleanup is a breeze, but I never put it in the dishwasher because it’s so easy to wash by hand. I bought another one as backup and one for my vacation home. Highly recommend.

After buying and trying several expensive carbon steel wok options that we ultimately ended up returning because no matter what they say, these types of pans just don't preform well on an electric ranges as they require a higher heat that only an open flame can provide. We scoured Amazon and located the Koridsen Wok and we are sure glad we did! This pan arrived excellently packaged and has been a workhorse in our home since receiving it 17 days ago. It has performed above and beyond our expectations in terms of heat and nonstick capabilities, showing no signs of scratching and degradation of the nonstick surface and, the stir fry spatula and glass lid that it comes with are very robust and fit the pan like a glove. The handle on the pan has to be assembled, and the instructions it comes with are very straight forward for doing so and Koridsen even provides the screwdriver for installing it. Also the handles for the pan and the lid remain cool to the touch and the weight of the pan is light and very manageable while remaining strong and robust. My wife is Chinese so you can believe me when I say we've put it through it's paces as we cook 3 to 4 dishes consecutively in it for lunch and dinner and have yet to have a fried egg or anything else stick to it. We find that the value of this pan far exceeds its list price and that the fit and finish are on par as well. We believe this pan to be an excellent option for those needing a good ,no a great option for an electric range cook surface. *Also be cognizant that if you mar the bottom of the pan to sand it smooth as this pan or any another pan will scratch the surface of your glass top if you don't mind this warning. So far this pan has yet to put one scratch on our glass top.

I purchased a Kordisen 12 inch Ceramic Wok Pan in July of 2025; it is is frequently used, and it is still in perfect condition. It is the most effective non-stick pan I have ever used... a quick cold water rinse and it is clean (no scrubbing). In addition, it is a work of art, a truly beautiful pan.

This is a very good quality pan that sautes my food perfectly. Nothing sticks either. I really love the complimentary spatula too. It became my favorite in the house to use for cooking.

I have been using it for a while and it is surprisingly a really good wok! it is non-sticky, and heats quickly. The only issue for me is, it is still a bit heavy for me.

After years of using a coated electric wok, I was finally able purchase one that could be used on a gas stove and am 100%+ satified with this wok's quality and how well it cooked the stir fry chicken and vegetables i made for a delicious and healthy meal. The handle was easy to put on and was so much easier to work with than the one I had with the two small handles on either side of the work. Not sure what it's made of, but it is very comfortable to the touch. The wok itself heated so quickly, did not burn and cooked the veggies and chicken thoroughly in a very short amount of time. I had a lot of different vegetables so i cooked each type separately to not overload the wok as the instructions said to fill between 70 & 80% of the wok...great tip. I thought the price point was very fair, given the quality and same day delivery. I highly recommend this product and would purchase again as a gift for someone. Also, clean up was so easy and it came with terrific spatula as well.

I purchased 2 of the “Innerwell” 12” aluminum woks on Amazon over a year ago, and both have seen a great deal of use, and are fantastic, not just for traditional wok cooking but for anything from cooking pasta to frying eggs. I wanted to buy another to “have” on hand, and found they are “not available”…bummer.So, I purchased this Kordisen as the substitute for the Innerwell. This wok is also 12” diameter, also aluminum, but about 5 Oz heavier in weight. The flat bottom of this wok is 7” diameter while the Innerwell is 6” diameter. The Innerwell has a “helper” tab opposite the main handle. This unit does not have that feature. The ceramic cooking surface of the Kordisen is considerably superior to the Innerwell. Fried eggs need little or no butter/oil to fry. The 1” wider flat base is NOT trivial! The larger flat surface provides considerably more “real estate” for cooking cutlets and fish filets, etc so that’s a big plus. The Kordisen is just as sturdy as the Innerwell, and I believe the heat distribution is more even in the Kordisen as well. Time will tell just how scratch resistant the ceramic is.

This is the best wok pan I have purchased. Admittedly it doesn’t look like a normal wok ie black or silver.I have tried many wok’s over the years and I have always had the problem of food or sauce sticking to the surface.The latest one I had was a carbon steel wok which i seasoned as instructed and everything still burnt onto the surface.I then had to clean and season again. Every time.With this wok I use less oil in pan, it gets to temperature quickly and the heat distribution is excellent.When I added dried spices to my stir fry, the spices never stuck to the surface as the oil distributed well and kept it non stick.Any residue on the surface wipes off with hot soapy water and I can use a scourer if I need to.I can see already that it won’t rust if not dried properly whereas the carbon steel wok would.The weight is not too bad. I find the lid weighs more than the wok pan (in my opinion)On arrival it came in a box and inside were the lid, wok pan, screws and screwdriver which were all bubble wrapped to avoid breakages.You have to screw the handle on as well as the knob for the lid. Very easy to do if you use the instruction leaflet.All in all I give it 10 out of 10 for wok cooking and my only downside is the look but I’ll get used to it.

I’ve been really happy with this 12-inch ceramic wok. The size is just right for cooking family-sized meals, and there’s plenty of room for stir-frying vegetables, meat, noodles, and rice without everything spilling over.The nonstick surface works very well and makes cooking and cleanup much easier. I also really like that it comes with a lid, which is convenient when simmering or steaming food. The wok heats up nicely and feels sturdy and well made.The ceramic coating is another nice feature, especially for everyday cooking when you want to use less oil. So far, it has been easy to clean and performs well.Overall, this is a great wok for the price. It’s versatile, easy to use, and has quickly become one of my go-to pans in the kitchen.
